What people write to us about most often

• Donating material. Old photographs, letters, cassettes, film, books and documents.
• Correcting a mistake. A wrong name in a picture, a mixed-up year, an inaccuracy in a text — write to us and we will check and fix it.
• Identifying a person or a place. Some archive images have no captions. If you recognise someone, tell us and we will add the caption with a credit to you.
• Proposing material for publication. A text, a piece of research, a recorded conversation with an elder.
• Requesting access to the archive. The closed section opens with a password issued by the editors.
